She knows it's meme, i'm pretty sure she referenced it before

4. u/TheFourthBronteGirl · 2026-11-01 14:31 UTC

Wait what is the meme

5. u/Vescilla · 2026-11-01 14:39 UTC

Afaik basically the meme is that people joke that Lewandowski calls Iga a "brat with a racquet" because as soon as she started winning slams she took "his" award for athlete of the year in Poland 😭

Could've also done the rabid bunny hops while waiting for the coin toss

I love how she forever will be guwniara z paletkom 😭 and how do you even translate it? A brat with a racket?

13. u/Nano_needle · 2026-11-01 14:32 UTC

It is ironic that this nickname was born from a meme that wasn't even aimed at Iga but at Robert Lewandowski.

I always felt like it was a compliment rather than anything offensive. Polish style compliment at its finest

15. u/dziunix · 2026-11-01 14:45 UTC

A shitling with a racket

16. u/WasteMyTimeNow · 2026-11-01 17:47 UTC

Paletka in polish is only used when describing table tennis/ping pong racket so more accurate would be brat with a paddle.

Tennis fans are something else, I love it.

This is a high-quality costume.
