it wasn't the best era for peak tennis, but the short "little 3" era from 5-6 years ago was definitely peak "sound bites of top players talking shit to and about each other."
Medvedev, tsitsi, zverev, rublev, etc were all peak shit talkers

He isn’t the most mature person anyways at AO
Well, I don’t mean to be rude at all, actually, at all, but it’s just boring. It’s boring. It’s so boring that — I don’t know.”.
“So he has a huge serve, and if you manage to get it back, it’s just countless balls inside the court, which you have, the only way you have to, you can do is hit as hard as you can side to side, be accurate, and make him move.”
“Otherwise you can just play it back to him and play it again and play it again. It just keeps coming back, keeps coming back.”

I would love if they brought back those "auditions" they did a few years ago but with more players. Like i remember Carlos with the bees.

They should bring back the "actor names" that they did a while back. Danil should've introduced himself as like, Ricardo or something

Such a funny guy. He would be such a great actor, for example hitting a viewer with a ball. Oh wait
